The Court Street Utility Improvements Project is the fifth phase of the Downtown Renewal Project, aimed at renewing underground utility infrastructure to improve water, sewer, and stormwater services. The project is currently in the design phase, with construction likely to begin in late 2026 or early 2027.

To help the project team learn more about the property owners, residents, businesses, offices, churches, and others who will be in the construction area, we've developed the following survey to help us plan ahead and communicate updates throughout the project.
